Hey there and thanks for stopping by! My name is Joe Souliere and I'm a professional audio engineer.

I've always loved music and sound. I started playing guitar when I was 12. I loved it so much I eventually started a band and played in various bands all throughout high school. I eventually went to college for audio engineering at Algonquin College in Ottawa Ontario.

After I graduated with an audio engineering degree I moved out to beautiful Vancouver, BC and quickly got an internship at AMP Records, working under Phil Lehmann.

A couple years later I got into film as a boom op, working with Ben McDonald. I learned quickly the proper techniques and also how to mix and boom at the same time. For the next couple of years I worked as a one man crew booming and mixing by myself on location for various film and television projects.

It was around this time I started my own company called Soul City Music Production doing everything from full music production, sound for film in both location and post production and eventually expanding into audio books and podcasts. 10 years later I'm still doing what I love and can't wait for the next project!
